Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to clean up mess fast then a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops I tested had excellent mapping and navigation. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, well as wires that were strung up.
You can also schedule cleaning tasks with an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
If you're searching for the most effective robot vacuum and mop with cutting-edge features, take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This top-of-the-line vacuum is fast and agile, and it picked up pet hair and human dander almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking app interface with a mini map of your house and some on-screen buttons for manual control.
The S8's Dirt Detection Technology allows it to alter the cleaning mode based on dirt levels. It will stop and wash its mopping pad more frequently when it encounters dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas to be mopped with a damp pad.
robot vacuum cleaners reviews has many other smart features, including docks that connects to the plumbing system in your home to clean and wash it without having to refill the mop. You can even use voice commands to control the built-in voice assistant of the S8, saying "Hey Rocky" to specify the cleaning of your room, modes, and granular control options with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for an automated robot vacuum that is hands-free that also has mopping capabilities. It's among the many combination robot vacuums that have mopping features that are also priced lower than the competition.
Like many robovacs Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to start, including setting up an account with the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've completed that, the machine will start vacuuming and mops easily.
It's important to keep in mind that the mapping process could take some time, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets a good picture of your space. The object detection is also an issue that is hit-and-miss. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles, however, it got stuck on a rug with tassels that it needed to turn to release itself. But these are minor issues, and the Yeedi Cube is still a excellent choice for those who want an all-in-one solution for cleaning.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete offers a three-in-1 home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping feature the ability to rotate in a manner similar to hand scrubbing, which results in floors that are genuinely cleaned, not just swept. The detachable vacuum stick is an innovative tool that can reach areas where robot vacuums can't.
This model is essentially identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa as well as a few other smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor can learn your home's layout better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. The smart app lets you customize the settings of your choice, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping, with both the robot vacuum as well as the mop returning to their charging station after each task to wash their pads, empty their dust bins and place debris into a self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean, and also stops allergens from circulating. Its battery life is sufficient to remove large areas without the need for an additional charge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a high-end robot vacuum and mop that comes with impressive features at an affordable price. It has a strong 8,000 Pa suction power as well as a rotating brush for carpets and hard floors and an excellent obstacle-avoiding. It also features a unique mopping method which uses a rolling device that is continuously spraying with water to collect dirt, and then dump it in the water tank.
Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of stairs and navigated close to walls without crashing. However, it had trouble with fine-grained debris and was not always able to remove raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise is also relatively high, so it may be less of a set-and-forget model than some.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, comes with docking systems that allow it to refill its clean water, empty the dustbin and dry and wash the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on an ongoing basis. Eufy's app allows you to manage all the functions. It gives you a clear overview with plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot mowers available, and offers amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with a decent precision. The application lets users fine-tune the map coverage, set no-go zones, and customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is specifically designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This can be a major problem with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that rotate at 180 RPM and apply upward pressure of up to 12N. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, lifting these pads upwards when they're close to soft surfaces to prevent contamination of the carpet.
The docking station acts as an unmanned maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops, then refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station features an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, which allows for 7 weeks of maintenance-free operation.
6. S10
This robot is just a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my office tidy. It is also able to reach into the corners of my tiny apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to build a map of your home which allows it to know which areas to avoid. In addition, unlike other vacuums with mopping capabilities it detects objects and obstructions that is able to avoid things like bowls and dog toys (but not poop!).
Other fantastic features include a self emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing, adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also set cleaning schedules in the app and set custom settings for every room in your home.
Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping that can differentiate between laminate, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. If you have a variety of flooring in your home and don't wish to spend extra money on a Roborock with advanced mapping features it is a great choice.

7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to messy messes that are wet, this robot is a great option. It has a range of features, including a self emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, and adjustable settings through the app. It's quite quiet, and it's able to move around furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It can't pick the tangled tassels of a rug and it drains its battery faster than other models we tested.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that comes with an impressive suction and easy automation in a sleek design. It didn't score quite as well in our mopping and mopping tests like the pricier Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, but it still did extremely well overall. It has a variety of cleaning modes, ranging from the quiet mode with low power' for light debris to the powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to remove and reconnect its mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for people who live in small spaces. It's very quiet and fast and does a great job of getting around tight spots. It's also excellent at removing pet hair from carpeting.
It's smaller than the majority of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it's possible to take a picture of every object it comes across (i.e. chew toys or socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secure, and aren't tied to your account.
It's great for vacuuming, but not as great at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that are clipped onto the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
